Microsoft

PC World reported that "Microsoft has pulled a security patch for Windows NT 4.0 because installing it can cause the operating system to crash"

Isn't this the exact reason why people are afraid to apply Microsoft's patches and why worms go rampant on Microsoft platforms just because people are afraid of having a disfunctional machine due to broken patches?
