Apple forced to not call itself the fastest

According to this recent cnet news article, the National Ad Council requested that apple stop marketing it's computers as the worldest fastest desktop computers. This apparently comes after a formal complaint was filed by Dell computer. Besides the dell complaint, the national Ad Council says that apples claims are unsubstantiated. In other words Apple did not properly support it's claim.
